No. 8 Boston College is heading into the 65th Beanpot Tournament clicking on all cylinders as six different goal scorers took care of business in a 6-4 victory at New Hampshire on Friday night; five different skaters with multiple points in a triumphant effort in Durham

- Boston College extended its unbeaten streak to nine games against New Hampshire (7-0-2), including winning the last five encounters. BC has only lost once in the last 16 contests against the Wildcats (13-1-2).

- Luke McInnis tallied his second goal as an Eagle and his first since scoring his first-career goal at Holy Cross on Oct. 22. The Hingham, Mass. native's goal also stood as the game-winning goal, marking the first of his career at Boston College.

FIRST GOAL (1-0 – BC) FIRST PERIOD – JD Dudek –5:00 – EVEN STRENGTH
• The Eagles attacked first, exactly five minutes into regulation when JD Dudek pounced on a Colin White carom in the blue paint. Graham McPhee accepted a pass from Michael Kim, gained the zone and split a pair of Wildcat and connected with White on the right circle. White triggered on UNH goaltender Danny Tirone and he made the initial stop, but the puck trickled down to the crease and Dudek was all over it give BC the 1-0 lead at the 5:00-minute mark.

SECOND GOAL (2-0 – BC) FIRST PERIOD – Colin White –8:44 – EVEN STRENGTH
• Just over three and a half minutes later, White and Dudek teamed up against to make it a 2-0 affair at 8:44. Connor Moore won a battle in the corner deep in and linked up with Dudek on the red line. White scooted around Dudek, grabbed the puck onsides and wheeled it around the net. White popped out on the left dot and picked his spot through traffic with a wrister to pad the Eagles' lead by a pair.

THIRD GOAL (2-1 – UNH) FIRST PERIOD – Patrick Grasso – 19:23 – POWER PLAY
• The Wildcats cut into Boston College's lead late in the first period on a 4-on-3 situation with 36.1 seconds to go. Michael McNicholas triggered the play by getting the puck down low to Tyler Kelleher on the near post. Grasso grazed in from the top, parked himself between the circles and snapped Kelleher's pass to the back of the net at 19:23 to close the first frame out at a 2-1 count.

FOURTH GOAL (2-2 – UNH) SECOND PERIOD – Ara Nazarian – 2:42 – EVEN STRENGTH
• New Hampshire tied it up in transition just over two and a half minutes to open the second frame. Cameron Marks sent a connecting pass out of UNH's end to Chris Miller in the neutral zone. Ara Nazarian joined the charge to create the 2-on-1 and Miller took his chance on Woll. The puck jutted off Woll to the near post and Nazarian buried the rebound to tie, 2-2, at 2:42 of the second period.

FIFTH GOAL (3-2 – BC) SECOND PERIOD – Ryan Fitzgerald – 3:46 – EVEN STRENGTH
• Sixty-four seconds later, Ryan Fitzgerald snatched back to the lead for Boston College with a snipe from the slot at 3:46. New Hampshire was trying to clear the puck out and Matthew Gaudreau snuck behind the play, lifted the stick of UNH's defenseman and stripped the puck loose. R. Fitzgerald swung back around, corralled Gaudreau's quick dish and went top-shelf across his body to reclaim the one-goal lead, 3-2.

SIXTH GOAL (4-2 – BC) SECOND PERIOD – Scott Savage – 17:02 – EVEN STRENGTH
• The Eagles reclaimed their two-goal lead after Scott Savage unleashed a missile from above the right circle. Mike Booth emerged out of the corner with the puck and poked out to Ron Greco, free in the slot. Greco deferred to Savage just within the blue line and he mashed a slap shot past Tirone at 17:02 to extend the lead, 4-2.

SEVENTH GOAL (5-2 – BC) THIRD PERIOD – Luke McInnis – 00:34 – EVEN STRENGTH
• Luke McInnis netted his second goal of the season on a broken play in New Hampshire's end 34 seconds into the final frame. R. Fitzgerald kept the puck in and provided it to Gaudreau behind the net. Gaudreau carried it around to the far post and dispensed the puck to McInnis with no one near him atop the zone. McInnis went full extension slapshot and rifled it off the back bar. It hit the net with such force, the goal had to be reviewed. The goal stood and BC went up three, 5-2, at 00:34 of the third.

EIGHTH GOAL (5-3 – UNH) THIRD PERIOD – Tyler Kelleher – 12:13 – POWER PLAY
• New Hampshire accounted for its second power play goal of the net after Tyler Kellher blasted a shot through traffic at 12:13 of the third period. McNicholas took the puck from Grasso down low on the near post and hit Kelleher with the one-timer pass. Kelleher got good lumber on it and beat Joseph Woll through the screen to cut into the Eagle advantage, 5-3.

NINTH GOAL (5-4 – UNH) THIRD PERIOD – Jason Salvaggio – 16:31 – EVEN STRENGTH
• Jason Salvaggio brought the Whittemore Center crowd back into it with 3:29 left to play in regulation, making it a one-goal game. Salvaggio converted another deep attempt, which seemed to be a theme throughout the night. Salvaggio's successful slapshot made it a 5-4 contest. On the goal, Salvaggio drew a penalty, including a five-minute major, to give the Wildcats a man advantage to close out regulation.

TENTH GOAL (6-4 – BC) THIRD PERIOD – Austin Cangelosi – 19:13 – SHORT-HANDED EMPTY NETTER
• On the penalty kill trying to maintain a one-goal lead, the Eagles turned a 6-on-4 situation into the final dagger after UNH coach Dick Umile lifted Tirone for the extra skater. Casey Fitzgerald wrangled the puck free down low and Graham McPhee's diving effort allowed Austin Cangelosi to charge towards the unguarded net for the empty-netter with 47 seconds to give to ice the Eagles' 6-4 victory.
