Austin Stays Undefeated in Loss to Dartmouth

HANOVER, N.H. – The Boston College men's tennis team fell to Dartmouth College, 6-1, in Sunday afternoon's nonconference road match.

Freshman Derek Austin won the second singles match 6-3, 3-6, 6-3. Austin is now 5-0 in singles matches this season for the Eagles (3-5).

Junior Kent Mukai forced a third-set tiebreaker in his match. However, Dartmouth College's George Wall earned the 6-2, 5-7, 10-7 victory.

Dartmouth College advanced to 4-7.

The Eagles next travel to the Pacific Coast Doubles Championship from Friday to Sunday in La Jolla, Calif.
