Cross Country Ready for ACC Championships

The Eagles return to Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville
The Boston College women's cross country team will compete at the ACC Championships on Friday, Oct. 27 at 11:00 a.m. in Louisville, Ky. They will return to "Tom" Sawyer State Park for the second time this season after competing there at the NCAA Pre-Nationals meet on Oct. 14th.
The women will be running the 6K course against the other 14 teams in the ACC.
Last year, the Eagles finished in 12th place at the meet in Cary, N.C. They had 247 points to put them in front of North Carolina, Georgia Tech and Miami.
Senior Isabelle Kennedy finished in second place overall in a field of 131 runners at the meet last year with a time of 19:51.7. Redshirt freshman Paige Duca crossed the line at 20:33.2. to earn 18th place overall and All-ACC recognition.
NC State was the team champion last year and Anna Rohrer of Notre Dame was the top individual finisher.
