The 2016 awards will be held on Monday, Nov. 14, at House of Blues Boston.

In 2015-16, Carpenter led the NCAA in scoring with a program-record 88 points. She also paced the country with a program-record 45 assists and also added 43 goals, second-most in the nation. Carpenter was the runner-up for the Patty Kazmaier Award to Coyne one year after winning it in 2015. She was also a first-team All-American and claimed her fourth first-team Hockey East All-Star honor. Carpenter graduated as the program's all-time leading scorer (278 points) and is first in career goals (133) and career assists (145).
Carpenter, Coyne and Knight are all teammates on the U.S. Women's National Team, which won its third straight gold medal at the 2016 IIHF World Championships in April.
