Winslow Races at NCAA Championships

Finishes Season in Oregon
EUGENE, Ore. – Graduate student Danielle Winslow competed in the 3000m steeplechase on June 9 at the 2016 NCAA Division I Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Winslow finished in 10:26.49 in the semifinals of the event which put her in 19th place. Only the top 12 times advanced to the finals.
Winslow finished eighth in the steeplechase at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round in Jacksonville, Florida to qualify for the NCAA Championships. She crossed the line with a time of 9:59.59.
Winslow's best time this season was a 9:48.81, which is also the new school record. She was the ACC champion in the event, leading start to finish to set a new facility record.
