BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Freshman Matthew Naumec led Boston College with an even par 72 which puts him T18 after the first round. He was steady the entire round with 16 pars which was the most in the field. He birdied the par 3 14th and bogeyed the par 4 8th.
- Junior Patrick Oleksak finished at +2 (74) and is T38 in the field. He shot -1 on the back nine and finished with an eagle-three at the par 5 18th.
- Sophomore Patrick Hallisey carded a first round +6 (78). He birdied the par 4 10th hole.
- Senior Nicholas Pandelena eagled the 18th as well, but posted a +9 (81). Classmate Brian Butler finished at +16 (88).
- BC was the only team in the field with two eagles on the day.
