The Boston College women's golf team finished the second day of competition at the 2016 ACC Women's Championship at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Eagles finished the first day in ninth place (304), and finished the second day in 11^th (309). Virginia leads the tournament at -3 with Wake Forest in second place at +3.

TEAM HIGHLIGHTS

Sophomore Jocelyn Chia tied is tied in 14^th place. She shot a 75 on the first day and a 73 on Saturday. She's at +4 over the two days.
Sophomore Katie Barrand is tied in 19^th place as she shot a 74 on day one and a 75 on Saturday for a +5.
Rookie Katie Kim has shot a 78 on both Friday and Saturday in her first ACC Tournament. She's tied in 46^th at +12.

GOLF NOTES

The Eagles will start on the 10^th tee on Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Sophomore Katelyn Reynolds will open up for the Eagles at 8:30 a.m. while freshman Ailin Li will tee-off at 8:40 a.m. Kim will follow 10 minutes later and the final two will tee off at 9 a.m. (Barrand) and 9:10 a.m. (Chia).
ESPN3 will return to live-stream Sunday's final round from 1 p.m. until the tournament's conclusion. Sam Gore will handle the play-by-play, with former Wake Forest standout Laura Diaz – the 1995 ACC champion who went on to post 57 top-10 finishes on the LPGA Tour – serving as color analyst.
