Jennifer Ren wins twice in her full return to the court
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Fresh off an upset of No. 19 Clemson on Friday, the Boston College women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to No. 33 Georgia Tech at home on Sunday. The Yellow Jackets took the doubles point to open the match, before winning the first five singles matches.
 
Jennifer Ren, returning to full play after an extended injury absence, won both of her matches on the day. In doubles, she teamed with Asiya Dair to win on the No. 3 court, before claiming her single match at the No. 6 spot.
 
Katya Vasilyev and Emily Safron both pushed their singles matches to three sets before falling in the final frame.
 
Boston College (6-7, 1-5 ACC) returns to action on Friday, March 18, when the team travels to unranked Louisville.
