BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Senior Nicole Boudreau hit three three's in the third quarter to tie the all-time program record for most career threes – 252. She hit her fourth three in the fourth quarter with a minute to play to become the all-time leader, passing former teammate Kerri Shields '13 with 253 career long range shots made. She finished with 16 points, shooting 4-for-7 from long range.
- Junior Kelly Hughes had 14 points while redshirt rookie Ella Awobajo had nine rebounds in the loss. She finished the two-games with a team-high 22 boards.
- BC fell behind 17-3 as NC State hit 6-of-10 from the floor in the first six minutes of play. The Eagles shot just 1-for-7, which dug a hole early – NC State 17-3. Katie Quandt finally got the Eagles on the board with a hook at 3:35 – NC State 19. BC was cold in the first half as the Eagles shot just 25% from the floor in the quarter, while the Wolfpack shot 75 percent. NC State led, 25-7, after one quarter
- NC State's Jennifer Mathurin hit her third three of the game to open the second quarter. BC's Ella Awobajo and Kelly Hughes each scored to cut the lead, 28-11, at 7:25. NC State's Miah Spencer scored four consecutive points as the Wolfpack held a 34-15 lead with 3:34 to play in the half. At this point, BC was 0-for-5 from long range. NC State remained hot and held a 42-20 lead at the break.
- The Eagles had 11 turnovers and the Wolfpack turned that into 16 points. BC shot just 35 percent in the half while NC State cooled off to 48 percent from the floor and 57 percent from long range (5-for-7).
- Senior Nicole Boudreau tried to breathe life into the Eagles offense as she hit two three's to start the half but the defense struggled. Mathurin hit her fourth three of the game with 6:05 to play and the Wolfpack held a, 50-28, lead. Boudreau hit her third three in the quarter at 5:13 to cut the lead – 50-32. Rookie Steph Jones came off the bench and hit two three's at the end of the third quarter but BC was down, 67-42.
- The fourth quarter the Eagles opened with a 6-0 run to cut the lead, 67-48 but NC State controlled the pace and set up an inside play and scored its 30th point in the paint for a 69-48 lead. The Eagles continued to battle but could not cut the lead to single digits, despite outscoring NC State, 12-4, midway through the fourth. The Eagles cut it to 11 points on Boudreau's fourth three but continued to struggle offensively.

- The 15 wins by the Eagles was the most since the 2010-11 team went 20-13.
- Nicole Boudreau finished her career 15th on the all-time leading scoring list (1,258 points), eight in career assists (352) and steals (160). She is currently the all-time leader in three's made (253) and third in attempts (687).
