ABOUT BC
- Boston College (14-13, 2-12 ACC) will host No. 18/18 Syracuse on Thursday night at Conte Forum on Senior Night (7 p.m. tip).
- The Eagles are coming off a 55-45 loss at home to No. 11 Louisville on Sunday. The Eagles were led by Kelly Hughes with 16 points and Mariella Fasoula with 12 points.
- No. 18/18 Syracuse is currently 22-6 and 12-3 in the ACC. The Orange defeated Pittsburgh, 70-56, on Sunday. Senior guard Brianna Butler led the team with 20 points while r-junior Brittney Sykes had 16 points and five rebounds.
- Since Syracuse joined the ACC, BC is 0-4 vs. the Orange. Boston College lost to Syracuse, 62-61, at the Carrier Dome on Jan. 27. BC made 10 three's and outrebounded the Orange, 45-44. Syracuse won the game on a foul shot senior guard Cornelia Fondren with less than two seconds to play.
SENIOR NIGHT
- The Eagles will play their last regular season home game Thursday night vs. Syracuse. Prior to the game the program will honor the Class of 2016 – senior guard Nicole Boudreau, senior forward Alexa Coulombe, and senior managers Danielle Gaudette and Daneylle Everett-O'Neill.
- Boudreau is a four-year starter and will play her 119th game on Thursday night. She is currently 16th on the all-time scoring list, eight on the all-time assists list and ninth on the all-time steals list. She is also one of the most accurate outside shooters in program history as she has 246 career three-pointers, just six away from tying program leader Kerri Shields '13 at 252.
- A native of Andover, Mass., Boudreau is the recipient of a Post-Graduate ACC Scholarship and three-time All-ACC Academic team honoree. She will graduate in May from the Carroll School of Management in marketing and leadership management.
- Coulombe will play in her 118th career game when she takes the court against Syracuse. She has earned 21 starts, including 15 this season. Coulombe is averaging career-highs in points scored, rebounds, assists and minutes played this season. She earned a starting position 14 games into the season. She is currently seventh on the all-time blocks list.
- A native of Falmouth, Maine, Coulombe participates in the Big Brother/Big Sister Program and her little sister Carrie attends most of the Eagles home games. Coulombe, a three-time Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement honoree, will graduate in May from the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences in communications.
- Danielle Gaudette is a four-year manager with the women's basketball program. A native of Shrewsbury, Mass., Gaudette is a nursing major.
- Daneyelle Everett-O'Neill, a native of Bristol, Conn., has worked with the program for three year. She will graduate in May with a degree in political science.
FREE THROWS
- Rookie Mariella Fasoula is second in the ACC and 20th in the country in field goal percentage (57%). She is second on the team and the second highest scoring rookie in the ACC (14 ppg.). Fasoula notched double-figures in 21 games this season, including 13 ACC opponents.
- Junior guard Kelly Hughes leads BC in scoring (14 ppg.) and rebounding (5.9 rpg.). She is also second in the ACC and eight in the nation in three-point field goals made (69). Hughes is also fourth in the conference and 42nd in the nation in three-point field goal percentage (40.4%). She has moved into a third on the all-time three-pointer list with 237 three's.
- The Eagles are 34th in the nation and fourth in the conference in field goal percentage (44.2%). The team is also 22nd in the nation and second third in the ACC in total assists (388), while BC is 20th in the nation and second in the ACC in assists per game (16.9).
- Senior Nicole Boudreau is second on the team in assists and 14th in the ACC. She is third in the conference in assist-to-turnover ratio. The Eagles guard also needs six three's to match the program record of career three's made (252), which is held by her former teammate Kerri Shields '13.

THIS DAY IN HISTORY
- On Feb. 25, 1997, Boston College defeated Rutgers, 67-52, on the road. Holly Porter hit 6-for-11 from the floor and 9-for-12 from the free throw line for 21 points. She also grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds. Whitney Steele added 12 points while Cal Bouchard pitched in with 10 points and four assists. BC held a 35-33 halftime lead.
