Here is the first installment of updates on the four former Boston College women's basketball players still playing professionally - -
Carolyn Swords - Poland - Basket Gdynia
- Has played in six games and averaged 12.8 points, 12.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game. Swords posted a double-double on Nov. 5 with 16 points and 15 rebounds against MKK SiedIce.
Nicole Boudreau - Czech Republic - BK Lokomotiva Trutnov
- Boudreau has played in nine games as the team is currently 5-5 and in seventh place. She is shooting 41percent from the floor, 22 percent from three-point range and averaging 6.3 points and 4.0 rebounds per game.
Kathrin Ress - Italy - Famila Schio
- Familia Schio leads the league with a 6-0 record. Ress had 10 points in the win over San Martino on Nov. 6. She is averaging 4.2 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.
Lauren Engeln - German - Halle
- Englen is in her second season with the SV Halle Lions. She is averaging 4.9 points and 2.6 rebounds a game. In the last two games she has played 10 minutes and 15 minutes for the ninth place Lions.
