Eagles recognized after sweeping New Hampshire this past weekend
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College's Toni Ann Miano and Caitrin Lonergan were recognized with weekly awards by Hockey East on Monday after the Eagles' two-game sweep of New Hampshire.

Lonergan, a freshmen forward, earned her second-straight Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week award.
Â
In two games last weekend, BC posted a 5-1 win at New Hampshire Friday night before taking a 7-1 win at Kelley Rink on Saturday afternoon.

She drew a +5 rating last weekend while earning a .700 mark in faceoffs in two games. At UNH on Friday, Lonergan posted a career-high four points with one goal and a career-best three assists. Her goal evened the score in the second period after BC went into the first intermission down 1-0. On Saturday, she set up the Eagles' third goal in the 7-1 win.
