Burke Impressive Again as Eagles Take Tenth at New England Championships

BC HIGHLIGHTS
- The Boston College men's cross country team finished tenth out of 34 teams competing in the 8K New England Championship race at Boston's Franklin Park.
- Sophomore Sean Burke was impressive once again for the Eagles. With his eighth place finish overall, Burke posted a time of 24:59.93, a minute off of the career-best time he set last weekend at the Chile Pepper Festival at Arkansas.
- Senior Michael Stephens took 46th place for the Eagles with his time of 25:41.20, while senior Kevin Sullivan (26:04.18) and sophomore Benjamin Osipow (26:07.82) weren't far behind in 70th and 73rd place, respectively. Both Sullivan and Osipow ran season-best times.
- Other top finishers for Boston College included sophomore Sawyer Maher (91st, 26:21.20) and freshman Ryan Scanlon (133rd, 26:53.99).
