ACC Names Go Golfer Of The Month

Boston College freshman Lois Kaye Go has been named the first ACC Women's Golfer of the Month for the 2016-17 academic year after leading the Eagles to first-place finishes in all three of their September team tournaments.

Go is the first women's golfer to earn the weekly conference award since the Eagles joined the ACC in 2005.

Go earned medalist honors at the Dartmouth Invitational on Sept. 24-25 with a 3-under score of 141 (71-70). Earlier in the month, the Cebu City, Philippines, native placed third in both the ISU Redbird Invitational and the Golfweek Program Challenge, carding three-round scores of 214 in both events.

Go has not shot over a 72 in her last seven rounds of golf and has not posted a score above 73 this season.
