Eagles In Second After Two Rounds Of Opener

VERONA, N.Y. - The Boston College men’s golf team is in second place after two rounds of the Turning Stone-Tiger Intercollegiate hosted by Missouri.
The Eagles shot a total of 578 (+2) in 36 holes on Sunday. Missouri leads the tournament at -5 while Cleveland State is third at +7. Boston College shot 18 strokes better in the second round than it did in the first which was tied for the best improvement among teams in the top 10.
Junior Patrick Oleksak shot a career-low 65 while senior Nicholas Pandelena fired a 68. Sophomore Brian Lin shot 67 as an individual.
The third and final round of the tournament will take place on Monday.
