BC Highlights
- Boston College finished 11th at this weekend's meet, garnering a total score of 297. The  top three finishers were Providence (42), Syracuse (127), and Georgetown (134), all of which are nationally-ranked programs.
- The Eagles' top finisher was senior Laura Hottenrott (15th of 204), who finished the 5K in 17:24.0, with an average mile of 5:35.7.
- The next two finisher for BC were sophomore Isabelle Kennedy (44) and senior Margaret Mullins (66). Kennedy finished in 17:51.7, while Mullins crossed the line in 18:05.1, her second fastest collegiate 5K and fastest time at the Battle in Beantown by over a minute.
- In the combined 5K, sophomore Clarissa Modde finished with a time of 18:44, which, had she run in the Varsity 5K, would have placed her near the top half of all finishers.
- In a highly competitive field, the Eagles finished only three positions behind nationally-ranked Dartmouth, and ahead of fellow Power 5 conference competition such as Georgia and St. John's University.
