BC HIGHLIGHTS
- With the win, senior goalkeeper Leah Settipane (41 wins) moved into a tie for first in the school's all-time wins list
- Junior Emily McCoy scored her fifth and sixth goals of the season, giving her a team-high 15 points on the year
- Thanks to her assist, freshman Lucy Lytle is now third on the team with seven points (3 goals, 1 assist)
- Freshman Frederique Haverhals recorded her third assist of the season, moving her into a tie with McCoy for the team lead
TURNING POINT
- Junior Emily McCoy scored her second goal of the game in double overtime
HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the 8th minute, Natalie Barr netted from a reverse shot from the left side off a pass from Cassidy Bremner to put the Flames up 1-0
- Sophomore Chelcie Mendonca replied for the Eagles in the 20th minute, taking a pass from junior Eryn McCoy and scoring from the left
- Junior Emily McCoy gave BC the lead in the 40th minute off an assist from freshman Lucy Lytle, as her shot trickled past a defender and into the net
- Liberty would even things up in the 52nd minute when Hannah Jones capitalized off an assist from Barr
- Emily McCoy ended it in double-overtime, sniping a shot off Frederique Haverhals' corner to win it for the Eagles in the 90th minute
