Brooke Griffin Named Assistant Lacrosse Coach

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College Head Lacrosse Coach, Acacia Walker, has announced the hiring of Brooke Griffin as the program's new assistant coach.
Griffin, a native of Edgewater, Maryland, was an All-American at the University of Maryland and a 2015 Tewaarton nominee. Brooke was recently named to the 36-player roster for the 2015-16 U.S. Womens National Team.
A 2015 graduate at Maryland, Griffin, earned IWLCA First Team All-American honors for the second straight season. She was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year after leading the fifth-ranked offense in the nation. Griffin has 44 goals and 19 assists on the season.
Griffin, a team captain, helped lead the Terrapins to the 2014 and 2015 National Championship. She finished her career fifth all-time goal scorer in Maryland history.
