Newton, Mass. -- #4/4 Boston College women's lacrosse (12-2, 4-2 ACC) downed crosstown rival Harvard (5-5, 3-2 Ivy) Tuesday afternoon at the Newton Lacrosse Field to improve to 12-2 on the season.

- Sophomore midfielder Tess Chandler led the Eagle offense, tallying four goals and matching a career high in BC's win Tuesday afternoon.
- Six Eagles, including Chandler, recorded multi-goal games: Mannelly (3), Stanwick (3), Margolis (2), Kent (2), O'Conner (2).
- Freshman midfielder Kenzie Kent made her first career start against the Crimson.
TURNING POINT
- Boston College went on an 8-2 scoring run in the first 10 minutes of the second half to pull away from the Crimson and gain its largest lead of the game at 15-6.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Eagles jumped out to a hot start, scoring three consecutive goals off the sticks of Tess Chandler (2) and Sarah Mannelly (1).
- The Crimson battled back, going on a three-goal run to tie the game.
- BC entered the half leading by three goals, 7-4.
- Boston College went on an 8-2 scoring run in the first 10 minutes of the second half to pull away from the Crimson and gain its largest lead of the game at 15-6.
- Harvard outscored the Eagles, 7-4, in the final 20 minutes, but the Eagles prevailed victorious, 19-13.
