Chestnut Hill, Mass.- Boston College split their doubleheader on Friday afternoon. The 4-7 Eagles won big over Southern New Hampshire University, 7-0.
Spencer Canny and Hank Workman teamed up with Alexander Aziz and Alexandre Thirouin, sealing the doubles point for the 1-0 advantage.
Boston College would go on to win all six of their singles matches.
Standouts such as Matt Wagner and Jeffrey Melvin downed their opponents with back-to-back shutouts.
Connor Mullins won a tough match against SNHU's Sebastian Martinez, going 3-6, 6-4, 7-5.
This was a much needed victory after their struggles of late.

Later that afternoon, Boston College would fall to a strong Georgia Tech team, making them 0-3 in ACC play.
Although they lost 7-0, head coach Scott Wilkins paired Jeffrey Melvin and Matt Wagner together in the doubles competition for the first time this year. His move would pay off as they'd down Georgia Tech's Nathan Rakitt and Casey Kay, 8-6.
Boston College will return to action this Sunday for a doubleheader against Virginia (12 p.m.) and Assumption (4:30 p.m.).
