Sailing Placed Second At The St. Mary's Team Race

The Boston College sailing team was busy this weekend competing in the St. Mary's Team Race and the Navy Spring Women's Race. The Eagles picked up a second place finish at the St. Mary's Team Race and a 13th at the Navy Spring Race.
BC finished 11-3 behind the the skippers - William Bailey, Erika Reineke and Raul Rios. The crew for the race were Katherine Wysocki, Elizabeth Barnard, Christopher Dwyer and Alex Palfrey.
Yale won the race with a 13-1 record.
In the final six, BC defeated Brown Charleston, St. Mary's and Yale but lost to Georgetown. In round one, BC recorded a 7-2 record with the only losses coming against Yale and Charleston.
NAVY SPRING WOMEN'S RACE
Boston College placed 13th in the Navy Spring Women's Race hosted by Navie in an interconfernce regatta on March 14 and 15.
BC's A Division team of Allyson Donohue and Katherine Downey recorded 46 points and placed 10th. In the B Division, Hannah Lynn and Katja Sertl placed 13th with 51 points.
