#3 Lacrosse Hosts #12 Louisville Wednesday

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - No. 3/4 Boston College (6-0, 2-0 ACC) hosts No. 12/14 Louisville (5-0, 0-0 ACC) at the Newton Lacrosse Field this Wednesday, Mar. 11 at 12 p.m.

Team Records
The No. 3/4 Boston College Eagles are undefeated at 6-0 on the season heading into Wednesday's matchup against the Cardinals. The Eagles recently overcame the No. 16 Notre Dame Irish, 15-6, in their home opener (Mar. 7). The Eagles overpowered the Holy Cross Crusaders, 17-6 (Mar. 3), as well as recording a 10-9 upset over No. 2/3 Syracuse in the ACC opener (Feb. 28). BC has also overcome UVM, 13-10 (Feb. 21), UMass-Lowell, 24-4 (Feb. 17) and No. 18/17 Johns Hopkins, 9-5, in their season opener (Feb. 14). Boston College is 2-0 in ACC play.
No. 14 Louisville is 5-0 coming off of an 18-5 win over William & Mary. The Cardinals also defeated Duquesne, 17-0 (Mar. 4). Louisville's other wins include a 14-9 defeat at No. 20 Denver (Feb. 28) as well as home victories against Canisius (Feb. 21) and Cincinnati (Feb. 15). This is Louisville's first Atlantic Coast Conference game of the season, and second game on the road.

Senior attackerCovie Stanwickleads the Eagles with 27 points on a team-high 19 goals and eight assists. Junior midfielderCaroline Margolisis second on the team with 25 points on 17 goals and eight assists.
Junior midfielder Kaylin Morissette and senior attacker Faye Brust lead the Cardinals with 22 points each. Morissette has a team-high 19 goals and four assists, while Brust has 17 goals and five assists in the Cardinals' first five games.
