HOW IT HAPPENED
• With a scoreless game in the second inning, UCF's Brittany Solis singled through the left side, driving in Willow Kalinen for the first score of the game.
• Linnea Goodman followed suit with a single up the middle, driving in Solis and Greenwell which gave UCF a 3-0 lead.
• Starting pitcher Mackenzie Audas went the distance, throwing a complete game shutout, only surrendering two hits and striking out eight.
