Eagles will run clinic January 2-3
2016 Winter ID Clinic
The Boston College's men's soccer program will run its 2016 Winter ID Clinic on January 2 and 3. The clinic is open to any and all high school-aged players in grades 9-12 regardless of ability.
At the Winter ID Clinic, players will have the opportunity to be seen by top men's college coaches from around the area and experience what it's like playing at the next level. The BC coaching staff will be in attendance, as well as coaches from other universities throughout the northeast.
The Boston College Boys Soccer Clinics are designed to be both fun and educational. During the two-day clinic, players will be grouped by both age and skill level so that each player is challenged, but not overwhelmed. The clinic will provide a learning environment for all participants from beginners to the advanced.
In the past, coaches from Northeastern University, Providence College, Tufts University, Brandeis University, Babson College, Bentley University and Bowdoin College have attended. This clinic is a condensed version of our summer residential program.
The goal of the clinic is to develop the player's soccer ability while they are still having fun. In addition to the Winter ID Clinic, the program also offers a spring clinic and summer programs aimed at players working on their technical proficiency to prepare for the varsity, premier, academy or collegiate level.
