Women Take Perfect Record on Road to Maine

SATURDAY'S HEADLINES
- BC is ranked second nationally in scoring (5.41 gpg) and third nationally in scoring defense (1.18 gapg)
- Alex Carpenter (21-18-39) leads the nation in scoring, while Haley Skarupa is sixth in the nation (13-19-32)
- Haley Skarupa enters the weekend with 197 career points and is looking to become the Eagles' third 200-point scorer in program history

On Monday, Boston College drew more weekly awards from Hockey East, pushing the team's season total to 12 weekly honorees ... Alex Carpenter was tabbed as the conference's player of the week for the fifth time this season following a seven-point week (2-5-7) in a pair of wins over Providence and No. 4 Northeastern ... Megan Keller (0-4-4) picked up her second defensive player of the week nod of the season while helping BC limit both teams to single goals, including Northeastern which came in averaging more than 4.50 goals per game.
MONTHLY BEST TIMES TWO, TOO
Later in the week, Hockey East tabbed Katie Burt as the league's goaltender of the month, and Alex Carpenter as its player of the month ... Burt went 5-0-0 with a league-best 1.39 GAA, while collecting wins over Boston University (2), then No. 5 and No. 4 ranked Northeastern and New Hampshire ... she made a career-high 36 saves at Northeastern, and also posted 30 saves in the overtime win against the Terriers ... it was her second-straight goalie of the month honor, also picking up the nod in October ... Carpenter led the league in scoring with 16 points (7g, 9a) ... included were two game-winning goals, two power-play goals and a shorthanded tally ... the award was her fifth career player of the month award.
SKARUPA CLOSE TO 200-POINT MILESTONE
Haley Skarupa enters the weekend with 197 career points, three shy of reaching the 200-point plateau ... when she reaches 200 points, she will become the third player in BC history to reach that milestone ... Skarupa enters the weekend with 93 career goals and 104 career assists ... Kelli Stack '11 was the first women's player to reach 200 points, doing so in 2011 and finishing her career with 209 points ... earlier this year, Alex Carpenter reached 200 points, as well.
TRIVIGNO KNOCKING ON TOP 10's DOOR
Dana Trivigno became the latest Eagle to hit the 100-point mark on her career and she's set to join the top 10 in scoring in short order ... Trivigno enters the weekend in 11th place in the BC scoring charts with 108 points, five points back of 10th place (113 - Mary Restuccia '12). ... her first-period goal on Nov. 10 against BU was her 100th career point, becoming the 12th player in BC history to reach that 100-point plateau ... Trivigno is the third player of the Class of '16 to reach 100 points.
