- Graduate student Eli Carter scored a game-high 33 points on 12-for-18 shooting from the field. He was also 5-for-7 from the foul line.
- Senior Dennis Clifford recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. He was 5-for-8 from the floor and the free throw line.
- Freshman Jerome Robinson tallied 14 points and six rebounds.
TURNING POINT
Boston College scored 14 unanswered points over 5:03 to break a tie and take a 75-61 lead with 6:11 left in the game.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Boston College went on the first run of the game, an 11-3 stretch over 2:23, to take a 16-11 lead with 12:55 left in the half. Carter hit consecutive 3-pointers to spark the run.
- Bentley responded with a 13-8 run to tie it, 24-24, at the 8:16 mark.
- BC held a 41-34 lead with three minutes left, but the Falcons closed the gap to 44-42 at halftime.
- The teams remained close and it was tied, 61-61, before the Eagles scored 14 unanswered points in a five-minute span to build a 75-61 lead with 6:11 left. Carter had five of the 14 points.
- The lead was double digits the rest of the way.
