Freshman Q&A: Mitch Bigras

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - Freshman left-handed pitcher and first baseman Mitch Bigras played on the Canadian Junior National Team before arriving at The Heights. The team finished seventh at the 2013 IBAF U-18 World Cup in Taiwan. The Sarnia, Ontario, native was a member of Team Ontario for the 2013 Canada Games, making three appearances and tallying one win and one save while striking out nine.

Bigras talked about his experience playing for his national team, why he chose to play baseball at Boston College and some of his favorite things.
