Women's Golf Competes in the ACC Tournament

The Boston College golf team set out early Thursday morning in 32 degree weather on the first day of the ACC Tournament at Sedgefield Country Club in Greenboro, North Carolina. The Eagles tee time was 8 a.m. and the five student-athletes were bundled up like they were playing golf in New England.
Boston College's Christina Wang and Katia Joo were the top two finishers for the Eagles as both shot an 81 on the course. Cristina McQuistan shot an 83.
The team placed last on the first day of action, while Duke and Virginia tied at +7, Miami was third at +14. FSU's Matilda Castren led all golfers as she was -2 (69) on the day.
Boston College will tee off on Friday at 8:00 a.m. For the Eagles, Lelesse Mocio will tee off first, followed by Regan Simeone at 8:10 and Cristina McQuiston at 8:20 a.m. Christina Wang will tee off at 8:30 and Katia Joo will be the Eagles last player to tee off on Day 2 at 8:40 a.m.
