Men's Tennis Sweeps San Diego Mesa College, 7-0

MESA, Calif. – The Boston College men’s tennis team swept San Diego Mesa College, 7-0, on Monday afternoon at Mesa.
Philip Nelson secured wins at the No. 1 spot in singles and doubles play. He and partner Aiden McNulty beat Mesa’s team of James Tenbroek and Christopher Bastardi, 8-4.
Nelson also defeated Tenbroeck on court one in singles play.
BC secured the doubles point when Childree and Wagner won at the No. 2 spot, 8-1.
The Eagles swept all singles points as well, taking the match 7-0.
Boston College is back in action at UC Irvine on Friday, March 7.
