Women's Golf Finishes Fourth at the Golfweek Program Challenge

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The Boston College women’s golf team finished fourth out of 12 teams (914, +62) at the Golfweek Program Challenge in Myrtle Beach, S.C. on Tuesday.
In her collegiate debut, freshman Isabel Southard led the Eagles with a score of 220, +7. The Sharon, Mass. native finished tied for seventh overall out of 60 participants. Cristina McQuiston (226, +13), Katia Joo (230, +17), Vinh-Hoa Ngo (238, +25), and Kaela Klune (266, +53) rounded out the top five.
Campbell University took 1st place (860, +8) followed by Central Arkansas (900, +48) and James Madison (906, +54).
The Eagles will be back in action September 21 at the Yale Intercollegiate in New Haven, Conn.
