Pierre-Louis Named To Nagurski Watch List

Boston College linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis, a 6-foot-1, 215-pound junior from Norwalk, Conn., is one of 84 players named to the 2012 Bronko Nagurski Trophy Watch List, according to an announcement made by the Football Writers Association of America on Thursday. The trophy is given annually to the nation's best defensive player. Boston College's Luke Kuechly captured award last year.

Pierre-Louis has played in - and started - 22 games in the last two seasons. He has 167 career tackles, including 96 solo tackles and 10 tackles for a loss. He has finished both his freshman and sophomore seasons ranked second on the team in total tackles.
