Men's Golf Finishes 10th at Fighting Irish Gridiron Classic

South Bend, Ind. – The Boston College men’s golf team finished 10th out of 12 teams at the Fighting Irish Gridiron Classic on Tuesday finishing with a score of 889, +37.
Sophomore Andy Mai finished tied for ninth overall in the tournament (218, +5) while senior Luke Feehan (226, +13) recorded a career best 68 in the second round. That mark was good for a fourth place tie for the lowest score in program history. John Jackopsic (222, +9), Nick Pandelena (229, +16), and Ryan Coughlin (233, +20) rounded out the Eagles’ top five.
Michigan State finished first overall for the event (869, +17), followed by Houston (870, +18) and UNC-Wilmington (870, +18).
The Eagles will be back in action on October 19 when they travel to Raleigh for the Wolfpack Intercollegiate.
