Women's Golf Team Competes at Golfweek Program Challenge

Myrtle Beach, SC - The women's golf team finished 10th out of twelve teams at the Golfweek Program Challenge. The team shot a 921, +69 at the par 71 course in three rounds of play.
Freshman Katie Joo lead the Eagles shooting a 225, +12 finishing tied for 22nd. Classmate Cristina McQuiston followed shooting a 233, +20. Carolyn Barbee (237, +24) and Kaela Klune (238, +25) finished out the top four. Eunice Yim had a strong performance shooting a 71 in the final round of play.
The top three teams at the invitational were East Carolina University (870, +18), James Madison University (878, +26) and Campbell University (883, +31).
The Eagles will compete next at the Yale Invitational on September 17.
