Baton Rouge, LA- The men's golf team finished eleventh out of twelve teams at the LSU Invitational with a team score of 981, +117 in three rounds of play at the par-72 course.
Kyle McCartan led the Eagles shooting a 243, +27. Teammate John Nurczynski followed with a 245, +29. Luke Feehan (246, +20), Robert DeMaio (253, +37) and Brad Klune (255, +39) rounded out the top five.
LSU finished first at the invitational with a team score of 886, +22, Chattanooga finished second with a score of 887, +23 and the University of Iowa took third with a score of 893, +29.
The Eagles will be back in action April 9 at the New England Division 1 Championship.
