Eagles Take Sixth at at New England D-1 Championships

Middletwon, PA- The men's golf team finished sixth out of twelve teams at New England D-1 Championships with a team score of 609, +33 in two rounds of play at the par-72 course.
Brad Klune led the Eagles shooting a 149, +5 and finished tied for seventh overall. Teammate Kyle McCartan followed right behind shooting a 150, +6 and tied for ninth place. John Nurczynski (153, +9), Luke Feehan (157, +13) and Craig Kublin (161, +17) rounded out the top five.
The top three teams at the championship were Central Connecticut (590, +14), Sacred Heart University (592, +16) and Fordham University (600, +24).
The Eagles will compete next at the ACC Championship on April 21 to finish up the spring season.
