Eagles Take First at Rutgers Invitational

Piscataway, NJ- The women's golf team came in first out of nineteen teams at the Rutgers Invitational. The team shot a combined 616, +40 in two rounds of play at the par-72 course. Their score of 311 for round two was the lowest of any team.
Katia Joo led the team shooting a 153, +9 finishing tied for fourth overall. Cristina McQuiston and Eunice Yim followed just behind each shooting a 154, +10, tying for sixth overall. Kaela Klune (156, +12) and Carolyn Barbee (160, +16) rounded out the top five.
The other two teams that finished in the top three were Rutgers University (618, +42) and St. John's University (630, +54).
The Eagles will be back in action October 23 at the Pat Bradley Invitational.
