Seniors Kristen Baader and Danielle Moskitis Named 2010 Captains

Seniors Kristen Baader and Dani Moskitis have been elected captains for the 2010 season.

As a junior, Baader played in all 116 sets. The defensive specialist recorded double-digit digs in 14 matches and finished second on the team in that category. She was third on the team with service aces and was named to both the ACC Academic Honor Roll and the Athletic Director's Award for Academic Achievement.

Moskitis is entering her second season as a captain. She was the Eagles' second leading setter in 2009, despite her junior campaign being cut short. Moskitis is a recipient of the Athletic Director's Award for Academic Achievement.

The Eagles play their first match of the season Friday, August 27 at 10:30 a.m. against Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass.
