Coed Sailing Head To South Carolina For Regionals

Chestnut Hill, MA - The Boston College sailing team will travel to Charleston, South Carolina this weekend to compete in the Eastern Regional Coed Nationals. The Eagles need to place in the top half of the field to advance to the Finals in Wisconsin on June 1-3.

Boston College is currently ranked No. 1 in coed sailing by Sailing World. The Eagles women's team is also No. 1 in the country. Sailing World's college rankings are determined by an open coach's poll. This week's rankings are the fifth national rankings for the Spring 2010 season.
The Eagles are also scheduled to compete in the NEISA Team Race on May 8-9 in Rhode Island, hosted by Salve Regina.
