Men's Tennis Falls to College of Charleston, 5-2

The Boston College men's tennis team ended their spring break trip with a non-conference loss to the College of Charleston 5-2 on Friday afternoon at Patriots Point in Charleston, S.C.
The loss drops Boston College to 6-7 on the season, while the win improves the College of Charleston to 5-2 for the year.
Boston College lost the doubles point with its lone win coming from the 47th nationally-ranked doubles team of Thomas Nolan and Erik Kreutzer at the number one position 8-4. The duo has won five consecutive doubles matches playing at the number one spot.
In singles action, the College of Charleston took four of the six singles matches to give them five points in a 5-2 win.
The Eagles got their two singles wins from Nolan at the number one spot 1-6, 7-6 (5), 6-0, and the other came from sophomore Jonathan Schroeder at the three position 6-3, 6-1.
Boston College will have some time off before its next match on Wednesday, March 17 as it will host Brandeis. The match starts at 3 p.m.
