Eagles Take 7th at Treasure Coast Classic

Fort Pierce, FL- The Boston College men's golf team finished seventh out of nine teams at the Treasure Coast Classic. They finished with a team score of 892, which was +40 for the par 71 course.
Sophomore Kyle McCartan led the eagles shooting a 212, -1 and finished fifth out of 56 competitors. He was followed by fellow sophomores Kevin Melnick (222, +9) and John Nurczynski (223, +10). Freshman Mark Endres (224, +11) and senior Robert DeMaio (227, +14) finished up the top five on the team.
The top three teams were St. Leo University (855, +3), Western Illinois University (858, +6) and Embry-Riddle University (879, +27).
The Eagles will play next on March 27 when they travel to Williamsburg, VA for the William and Mary Invitational.
