Men's Golf Wins ECAC Championship

Egg Harbor, N.J.- The men's golf team finished first in the ECAC Championship with a team score of 594, +18 in two rounds of play at the par-72 course. The team's first round score of 305 and second round score of 289 were both lows for their respective rounds.
Luke Feehan led the team finishing in first overall shooting a 140, -4. His 68 in round one was the lowest score posted in that round by any of the 49 competitors. Kevin Melnick followed shooting a 146, +2 and tied for third overall. Craig Kublin (153, +9) came in third for the Eagles while Kyle McCartan and John Nurczynski rounded out the top five each shooting a 156, +12.
Mount Saint Mary's University (605, +29) and Fairfield University (612, +36) took second and third behind Boston College.
The Eagles return to action on October 11 at The Brickyard in Macon, Ga.
