Rowing Races in Head of the Charles

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College women's rowing team will participate in the 46th Head of the Charles Regatta on October 23 and 24. The Head of the Charles is the world's largest rowing event.
BC will compete in three race this weekend. On Saturday, October 23 the Eagles will race in the Club Women's 4+ beginning at 12:46 p.m. BC will start 12th, with coxswain Jasmine Howard, stroke seat Melissa Chavez, 3 seat Natalie Bowen, 2 seat Emily Lewis, and bow Alycia Da'Loia-Moore.
Saturday the Eagles will also compete in the Women's 8+ race at 1:30 p.m. The boat will be led by coxswain Jane Mieczkowski, with stroke Victoria Von Rinteln, 7-Sarah Loiselle, 6-Kathryn McKennon, 5-Erica Jennings, 4-Rachel Pettis, 3-Caroline Mitton, 2-Victoria Goetz and 1-India Dubois.
Sunday will feature the Eagles' final race, the Championship Event at 3:09 p.m. Starting at 15th will be coxswain Brigid Morrissey, 8-Erin Roche, 7-Meg Carmody, 6-Laura Petty, 5-Erin Flaherty, 4-Stephanie Seitz, 3-Emily Charnowski, 2-Kelly Williams and bowseat Chenny Zhang.
