Macon, Ga- The men's golf team took fifteenth place out of fifteen teams at the Brickyard Collegiate Championship. The team had a combined score of 944, +80 at the par 72 course in three rounds of play.
Luke Feehan led the Eagles shooting a 230, +14. Kevin Melnick followed shooting a 239, +23. Just behind him were teammates John Nurczynski and Kyle McCartan who both shot a 240, +24. Craig Kublin rounded out the top five with a 244, +28.
The top three teams at the championship were the University of Georgia (857, -7), Augusta State University (858, -6) and Florida State University (863, -1).
The Eagles will return to action at the New England Invitational in Charlestown, R.I. on October 16.
