Taylor Wasylk Earns Rookie of the Week Honors

Freshman Taylor Wasylk earned Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week honors after recording two goals and three assists in Boston College women's ice hockey first two games.
On Friday, October 8 Wasylk started the Eagles' offense with a power play goal in a 4-0 win at Colgate. On Saturday, October 9 Boston College traveled to Syracuse and Wasylk's streak continued as she scored the final goal in the 5-2 win against the Orange. She also assisted on Mary Restuccia's tie-breaker and two of Kelli Stack's goals.
Wasylk (2-3-5) leads BC's offense with Stack.
The Eagles head to Vermont this weekend for two games on Friday, October 15 and Saturday, October 16, their first Hockey East contests of the season.
