Women's Golf finishes 2nd at Brown Invitational

The Boston College women's golf team took second place at the Brown Invitational, held at the par-72, 6001 yard course at Thorny Lea Golf Club in nearby Brockton, Massachusetts.
The Eagles fired team scores of 328-317 to finish at 69-over par for the tournament. Meghan Martinek and Stephanie Hu led the team, both firing two round scores of 160 to finish at 16-over par and in a tie for 8th place.
Eunice Yim carded scores of 82-80 for a two round score of 19-over par to finish in 12th place. Kelsey Rockey finished in a tie for 13th place, with a two round total of 163.
Harvard won the team competition with rounds of 309-302 for an overall score of 35-over par.
The Eagles will next compete in the ACC Championship from April 17-19 at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, N.C.
