Men's Golf Finishes 12th At ACC Championship

The Boston College men's golf team placed 11th at 56th annual ACC Championship, held at the par-72, 7,100 course at the Old North State Club at Uwharrie Point in New London, N.C.
The Eagles were led by junior captain Jan Prokop, who carded a 223 total with rounds of 77-72-74 (+7) to finish in a tie for 40th place.
Craig Kublin finished in 51st place for BC with rounds of 76-75-76 (+11) for a 227 total. Kevin Melnick finished at 230 (79-73-78) for 53rd place and Kyle McCartan finished at 233 for 54th place. Robert DeMaio took 55th with a 242.
Georgia Tech won the team championship, finishing with a score of 846 (-18). NC State's Matt Hill and Clemson's David May shared the individual title after both finished at 210 (-10) for the Championship.
