Boston College finished the regular season at 20-11 and 7-7 in the ACC. This is the second consecutive season Boston College is playing in the WNIT. Boston College is 1-1 in the WNIT.
The Eagles will meet cross-town rival Boston University on Monday, March 23 at 7 p.m. Boston University defeated Central Connecticut, 79-60, on Thursday, March 19.
BC vs. BU
• Boston College has not played Boston University since the 2005-06 season. The Terriers lead the head-to-head series, 8-6. • Boston College has won the last three meetings, including a 66-49 victory over the Terriers on Dec. 18, 2005. • The last time BC lost to BU was on January 31, 1990, 68-64.
BC JUMPERS
• Boston College sophomore Carolyn Swords was recently named as a Top 50 Finalist for the State Farm All-America team. Swords is the only sophomore in Region 2 and one of only eight sophomores on the full list. Swords also was named to the All-ACC second team, All-ACC All-Tournament second team and All-ACC Academic team.
• Junior guard Mickel Picco moved into third on the all-time list in three-pointers made. The record is 212 held by Cal Bouchard. Picco has made 161 career three's.
• Junior Ayla Brown is just 15 rebounds away from reaching the 500 rebound plateau. Brown will be the 18th player in BC history to join the 500-point-500-rebound club.
STARTING STATS
BC has had four different starting lineups this season. The lineup of Carolyn Swords, Stefanie Murphy, Mickel Picco, Ayla Brown and Jaclyn Thoman is currently 16-10. BC is 3-1 with Swords, Murphy, Picco, Corey  Rusin and Victoria Jones as the starting five. Swords, Murphy and Picco are the only three to have started every game this season.
