Boston College will host No. 11/13 Maryland tonight at Conte Forum (7 p.m.). The two teams have played seven times with the Terrapins leading the head-to-head series, 7-0.
• In 2008, the Eagles faced the Terps three times - two regular season games and once in the ACC Tournament. Maryland won all three games.
• The last time the BC played Maryland was in the quarterfinal of the ACC Tournament. BC lost 93-81.
• Maryland is led by senior guard Kristi Toliver, who is averaging 17.2 points a game and 5.3 assists a game. Senior forward Marissa Coleman is averaging 14.9 points a game and 7.4 rebounds a game.
• Maryland has won its last two games. The Terrapins defeated No.15/20 Florida State, 72-71 on Feb. 2 and then NC State, 87-66, on Feb. 5.
LAST TIME OUT FOR BC
Boston College (17-6, 5-3) lost its second consecutive ACC game in a 64- 53 loss to No. 15 Florida State (19-5, 7-1) on Thursday at Conte Forum. Stefanie Murphy led BC with 16 points and seven rebounds, while the Eagles leading scorer Mickel Picco managed just seven points.
THE LAST THREE GAMES
Boston College has hit a rough patch. The Eagles are 1-2 in their last three games and have lost two straight games for the first time this season. BC is shooting just 39.2 percent from the field and 25.5 percent from the three-point line. BC is averaging just 57.7 points per game in the last three contests. BC's leading scorer Mickel Picco is 16-for-46 from the field (34.8 percent) and has hit just five of 25 attempts from beyond the arc.

• Carolyn Swords is shooting a career-high 67.9 percent from the field. She already holds the BC record for FG percentage with a 64.2 percent last season. Swords career average is 65.8 percent from the field.
• Junior Mickel Picco extended her three-point streak. The Austin, Texas native has hit a three-pointer in 30 consecutive games dating back to the 2007-08 season. She now has 60 three-pointers this season and has 143 in her career. She is fifth on the all-time list at BC for three-pointers made. The record is held by Cal Bouchard with 212 from 1996-2002.
• For the first time this season, Boston College tied an opposing team in rebounds vs. Duke on Monday, Feb. 1. Both teams grabbed 35 rebounds.
• Junior Ayla Brown leads the current roster in career starts. She has started 66 of the 84 games she has played in three seasons.
• Mickel Picco, Carolyn Swords and Stefanie Murphy are the only three Boston College players to have started every game this season.
