Members of the Boston College volleyball team participated in Relay For Life of Boston College, sponsored by the American Cancer Society on the track of the Flynn Recreation Complex from Feb. 13-14.
Teams of Boston College students and members of the school community took part in the relay, a fundraising event that required a member of each team to be on the track at all times during a 24-hour period.
"This is such a great event and we're very proud of our players for taking the time to show their support for this cause," said assistant coach Adam Martel.
According to the Boston College Relay for Life website, the event raised over $110,000 for the American Cancer Society.
