Men's Golf Competes at McLaughlin Invitational

Farmingdale, NY- The Boston College men's golf team placed eleventh out of eighteen teams in the McLaughlin Invitational, with a total score of 874, shooting a +34 on the par 70 course.
Sophomore Kyle McCartan had the best finish for Boston College shooting 217, +8. Junior Craig Kublin who shot a 219, +9, followed him. Junior Robert DeMaio finished third for the team shooting a 200 +10. Sophomores John Nurczynski and Kevin Melnick followed rounding out the top five.
The top three teams were Coastal Carolina (835, -5), UNC Wilmington (839, -1) and Towson University (840, E).
The Eagles are back in action September 26, when they will compete in the Dartmouth Invitational in Hanover, NH.
